Can anyone let me know off the top of their head a great
reference/book/article describing the benefits and transition of a nil by
mouth preterm infant having oral care with colostrum rather than water.
Trying to change practice is proving difficult as drs say they are nil by
mouth and shouldn't be fed anything?? But I'm talking drop of colostrum on
lips!
