It's a good, clear explanation to me. So now I'm thinking about the query
on this thread about shaking the milk to make the proteins more digestible
for preemies. Is there EVER a time to recommend this? I'm inclined to think
that just because the proteins CAN be broken down with shaking, doesn't
mean they SHOULD be broken down, even for preemies.

And what about the ABM companies' recommendations to shake the milk to mix
in the HMF? Can't one make a roux (sp?) with the HMF and a little milk
first, then add the rest of the milk and mix gently to blend it well?
