HI Heather,, I have  a question about how to increse Breast milk in myself.. does anyone know if because I am in menopause, and i did stop nursing for a month,.. and then started up again.. is that why I went from 1.5oz down to a half oz every time I pump about every 3-4 hours during the day?? I take domperidone, and Blessed Thistle.. and goats Rue.. and fenugreek too.. but, that is all I can do.I am so sad about it.. but, maybe my hormones are the cause.. not the hormones of a younger mom.. and I adopted our baby too.. let me know what you think.. thanks so much.

THis mom is 54 and adopted this baby. THat is all the info I have at the moment. Any help would be appreciated as this is new to me.
