I have refused to recommend lecithin for a long time now bc most moms are going to buy GMO soy lecithin and I cannot in good conscious recommend a GMO food to anyone. I am less concerned about it being used a band-aid in my practice, bc I always address diet as well. Organic FERMENTED soy lecithin in so hard to find that most moms simply will not be able to get it. But, sunflower lecithin, which has been on the market for a few years is now more available and I wanted to suggest it to anyone who recommends lecithin to their clients. I have no connection to this product--it was just the first link I clicked on.
