Well since I just started a PP I and don't have that many appointments I usually schedule when "you think the baby will be hungry" they will usually say what time and I schedule for about 30 min before.  So we can fill out the forms and if the baby is hungry earlier - skip the forms for after.  This can keep appointments to about 1 1/2 hours.  In other words I start on 'baby time".
