May I ask what might be a really dumb question?

Do we know  for sure that drug dealers are using formula to cut drugs? I 
know they use  cold medicines and now there is something called "cheese" 
that is heroine  and something (can't remember) that the young teenagers 
are taking in the  Dallas area.

What I have heard is that formula has been locked up in  many stores, 
almost all of them around here, for years and it is because  it is stolen 
a lot. I have not heard it is used in drugs, just that people  steal it. 
So I kind of wondered if this was an urban legend?

We  talk about how the extra formula might be mailed to Mexico to friends 
and  relatives or stored up for the future or even sold to neighbors for 
cash  at my WIC but I have not heard the drug thing. The WIC program was  
supposedly started to provide formula to poor moms.

Oh, the powered  formula is still being mailed to moms and given out 
right and left in  smaller cans than on the shelf. I have seen four cans 
of powder mailed to  moms in a carton for "free." I am not sure what is 
in the diaper  bags.
