"These new mothers, attentively breast-feeding their babies, are at the
government-run Fabella maternity hospital in Manila. Fabella, described as
the largest "baby-friendly" hospital in Asia, has never allowed the use of
formula."

The article also has a lovely photo of mothers breastfeeding their babies in
the hospital's maternity ward.
