I would be surprised however if any of
the “Proof” is going to convince this mother to nurse for longer
than what she has determined to be the best length of time, for
her.  She might be telling you,
she's made her decision based on what she sees is a lack of evidence,
because of  her intelligence
she knows better than all
the health organizations in the world combined, she knows what she
wants.  I suspect, there is another reason, and she's not telling
you.  Maybe try to stay out of the evidence argument, and  start a
conversation about conflicting wants and needs?
