I didn't answer soon because I felt there were probably a lot more
knowledgeable people than I, but I'll offer you my thoughts anyway:

Supply should not be a problem - nurse the babies and ye shall receive
enough milk.

Have mom pay careful attention to position/comfort while nursing....  one
breast doing all the duty will be a problem if she nurses through a painful
latch and gets nipple damage --  based on experience with a mom with one
breast and one baby

Hope mom gets a baby sling [the good kind] for a shower gift -- based on
twin mom who never nursed the babies together - she found it helpful

She shouldn't need to pump if she feeds by request and the babies can nurse
effectively much of that depends on their gestational age at birth.

The colostrum - mature milk shouldn't be an issue, that's more of a time
from birth type of change.

The foremilk/ hindmilk is a gradual change and should even itself out -
especially if she alternates babies now and then --

 Tell mom to expect weird comments from people when they find out -- but
you can also give her a quote from me "It's called BREASTfeeding because
all you actually need is one breast"  :)
