I remeber that. It had a rather long rubber tube and
the milk bacteria was getting trapped in that and
killed the baby. Dr. Quinn told the parents NOT to use
the bottle and the sick baby got better baby THAN the
parents did it again (baby was hungry) and the baby
died. Dr. quin was being charged with the babies death
and even lost her privlages for a short time. She
ended up cutting open the tube and looking  under the
microscope when another baby in the town was getting
sick and useing the same type bottle. The store owner
shipped back his bottle supply when the bottle was
found to be the reason and of course Dr. Quin got her
privilages back.
