The Jeunique bra comes in 183 sizes (up to 46K).  I bought one just to see
how gigantic a bra could really be and it's pretty incredible.  The shelf
(which is patented) beneath the breast is ideal for being like an extra hand
to support the breast from underneath.  They are long wearing, too.  Don't
