I would offer the options and let them decide. There are pros and cons of
doing it different ways. Personally I would just nurse with a supply line as
I think that is the best stimulation anyway. But I wouldn't want to put my
desires/expectations on them. So I would say some mothers rent a pump and
begin pumping, blah blah blah, however some mothers find they are focusing
too much on the volumes and that puts them off etc etc. There are the
medication protocols but they have side effects etc.
I have worked with one lesbian couple but the non-biological mom did not
want to do any bf herself, altho she was very very supportive of the
partners bf.
