I do home visits, and always budget 90 minutes for the time spend inside the
home.  In a clinic setting, where you are not hauling in and setting up the
scale or pulling out paperwork you could probably shave a little of that
time ... but I think your 60 minute estimate is about on the money, if not a
bit shy.

Babies do not understand the stop-watch system devised by the insurance
system here in the USA.
