Maybe you have finished the module and it's too late but there is an
excellent resource, published by the Florida Healthy Mother/Healthy Babies
Coaltion, that presents both a traditional in-service and a self study
module.  Entitled "Model Hospital Policies & Protocols to Support
BreastfMothers", it comes complete with objectives, handouts and a set of
"model" policies that complement the Ten Steps from Baby Friendly.  It's been
a while since I purchased the three hole punched booklet, but the price was
