Just sharing a btdt; my peds office's scale and my midwife's scale had a
consistent 6 ounce difference, despite weighing baby at same time of day and
naked. I used to to my midwife's office, run in and weigh the baby, go to
the ped's, (sometimes with a wet diaper in between) weigh, and then go back
to the midwife's. I also saved any diapers and would re-weigh at her office
with diapers if needed. Each time, there was the 6 ounce difference. It
was very good to know.

Tallis, in sunny NM
