My concern with the mom of triplets is that she isn't
nursing at night.  If she's already concerned about
her supply, I would be applying some of those
aforementioned co-sleeping thoughts and encouraging
her to sleep with one or more of the babies.  Since
two are nursing well, they should be able to nurse in
bed.   I can't imagine that she's getting up to pump
at night, if she's bottlefeeding at night, and not
nursing at night is going to further compromise her supply.
