Hello, I am a physician assistant in Family Practice and am very much
interested in helping my patients with breastfeeding.  I am currently nursing
my 27 month old daughter.  I had the oppurtunity today to tel my employer
that I would like to become more involved with breastfeeding and he agreed to
allow me to pursue this ( become an LC) if I could present a propasal to show
how this would benefit the practice. We are the only  practitioners in our
private office which he owns.  I know of all the benefits to the patients,
but what can I tell him about the finances...that is his ultimate interest
(if you know what I mean).  Any suggestions and or information would be
appreciated.  I know I can make a world of difference if given the chance.
