 First of all parlodel is an ABSOLUTE NOT! - this med is off the market as a
lactation suprressant and should not be used under any circumstances.

 Second: mom cna bf on that side depending on where the drain is and her
comfort level...if she is to pump them hopital grade is essention - 015 or
SMB-

  why cipro?

 If she choosed to wean yes cabbage and sage tea - 4cups a day.

  Binding can damage the breast/ductal tissue
