A few years ago, there was a fairly wide publicised case of an infant who died
from
burns caused by milk that was heated in the microwave. Because of the
uneveness of this heating process , this method should not be used. I wonder
also if because breastmilk warms so easily and readily, whether there is also
an added risk.
