Most yeast over growth is candida albicans and NOT the yeast in bread. I
know that sometimes it can be the bread yeast but I think a person would
have to be pretty immuno compromised for bread yeast to be causing
problems. Home baking is such an enjoyable and healthful practice that I
would tell people to concentrate on other healthful practices to boost
their immune systems before I would tell them to limit exposure to bread
dough. Unless they really seem to be having a problem and other measures
don't seem to be helping. If I had to wear face mask etc to bake bread I
would forget it and eat sweets instead! Good nutrition can go along way
toward helping the immune system.
