I counselled a mother once after breastcancer. Her breast was completely 
removed (masectomie) and she was able to feed with one breast. It was an 
enourmous positive boost in the trust of her body. I don't know if there are 
any specialities when the breast isn't fully removed.
I wish you good luck in helping her. Helping BF-mothers is wonderful, but 
helping a survivor is even better.
