That wasn't the conclusion at all. The authors found that the levels of
antioxidants in stored colostrum are lower than in freshly expressed
colostrum (they didn't look at mature milk at all). Their results also
showed that no matter how the colostrum was stored, levels of
antioxidants were significantly higher than in artificial baby milk.
The abstract was poorly written, and most media articles on the subject
