I am surprised at this (actually I thought it was a mistake when I read it
in the Brown Bible). Usually I advice the mother to postion the baby with
the CHIN towards the blockage, as the baby's tongue will be actively
massaging the affected area. I read this in "Counselling the Nursing Mother"
when I was studying for the exam in 1989.
