I believe I'd be calling that reps supervisor, and posting a sign on the
door that says no formula reps allowed beyond this point!

As if the NICU mom, who is so overwhelmed with everything anyway, needs
anymore bombardment!

That is truly hideous - please let us all know what the course of action and
outcome is on this!
