Perhaps the US governors of states allowing mothers access to their babies
should be thanked and all the others petitioned.

And so the vast majority of the 10,000 babies born to prisoners each year
are not only deprived of the most important thing in the world to them -
their mothers -they're also deprived of the possibility of mother's milk.
