We are a group of three lactation nurses in Hollywood.  We have seen many
cases of overactive/letdown and overproduction of milk manifest in symptoms
in the baby.  Most of our pediatricians are likely to take the baby off of
breastmilk altogether and try a soy based formula.  We have successfully
helped a few mothers with this problem in the past 6 months.  Are there any
new protocols or recommendations for treatment of this syndrome.  We
attended Dr. Jack Newman's conference in October and got a few notes, but
