I see there is discussion about the freestyle pump and bad reviews. I was hoping we could share information on all types of pumps which we tend to find troublesome for mothers. And if there are any certain pumps that work better with different breast/nipple shapes?

I have also noticed that many mothers have difficulty with the Tommy Tippy Pump as well. 

For mothers that have extremely long nipples - what types of pumps have you found to work the best?
