Hi everyone,
     My name is Ann Schwaegler  and I am a new La Leche League  co-
leader of the Plymouth/ Canton , Michigan group.  I had a question
today from a mother about the treatment of thrush by applying
nystatin cream to the mother’s nipples.  She said that she couldn’t
see any white spots in her babies mouth.  The mom’s question to me
was whether I had ever heard of this being the common treatment for
thrush .
As a new leader I was wondering if there is a better or more current
treament available for treatment of thrush in both the mom and the
baby.
     I would really appreciate any information you could give me.
