Marsha Walker is absolutely right that letter writing to the formula companies falls on deaf ears.

Our campaign must be targeted at educating as many people as we can about the unethical practices that threaten breastfeeding, (the parents we are working with as well as other health professionals) and lobbying decision makers.

Marsha, how can the (US) National Alliance for Breastfeeding Action help us mount a campaign against Nestle / Gerber's plans to "educate" the US about breastfeeding and nutrition?
