I have been contacted by a patient who has a rather interesting history
after delivery.  Your thoughts on this are appreciated.  She is expecting
her 4th baby.  With her first 3 children she has had the following happen:
3 days after delivery she develops head to toe hives (severe),  with the
first 2 children she also became very tachycardic and with the 3rd
bradycardic.  Breastfeeding or breastpumping exacerbates these symptoms.
Any thoughts?  She is due in April. She has seen many specialist.  I
suggested an Endocrinologist.
