Brenda Phipps posted a query about a mother with low supply who is
supplementing by bottle but is "very worried that her baby will get used to
the faster flowing bottle, and that her problems will only intensify."

This would seem to be a mother who might be motivated to use an SNS for
supplementation.  Several birds with same stone: more time at breast for baby,
more stimulation for mother, no risk of preferring bottle.  Has it been aired
in your work with the mother?  I think I would offer the suggestion, to give
her another option.
