I work in a free standing birth center where we use Practice Fusion. It's free, web based, and you are able to create your own templates to tailor to your needs. I'm sure their are many other EHRs out there, but this one is working well for us.

We are going to be opening an outpatient clinic which will use a different kind of electronic record than our in-hospital department. We will most likely be creating our own template. I'm looking for ideas. The electronic medical record we will be using is called "E Clinical Works".
