How about fighting fire with fire, since breastfeeding can't compete with
formula reps. in freebies and lavish lunches.  Try offering a cigarette to
everyone enjoying the free lunch.  When they display their shock and horror
that a health care professional is behaving in such a manner, the game is
on!  Tell them they are doing the same thing - - compromising the health and
welfare of human beings - - everytime they give formula to a baby.  I can't
help but see an analogy to giving out cigarette coupons at a lung clinic
when nurses and doctors give formula samples to parents.
