Thank you all for your responses  regarding my sore nipple mother.  I especially appreciate the tmj info.  I welcome all suggestions as to how to encourage wide mouth opening.  Also,  has anyone noticed moms being resistant to trying any other hold but the cradle/madonna hold?  I like to use football/clutch and cross-cradle for better head control as well as breast compression, but moms always seem to want to use cradle.  How do you get a deep latch that way?
