I worked at a teaching hospital for over five years and worked with
hundreds of medical students, residents, and interns. They are all
human, and they all have their area of knowledge. The ER interns learned
a lot about emergency medicine, the family docs, family medicine the OB,
learned about gyn. and delivering babies. The joke around the orthopedic
docs was they didn't even know how to use a stethoscope. (they do know a
lot about bones, muscles, and X-ray)

My point is, I use to tell my students they were the experts in their
field.
As people all working with breast feeding. WE ARE THE EXPERTS IN BREAST
FEEDING! We're the ones who see it every day, we see what worksand what
doesn't, and we look up what we don't know.

Lets all be confident experts!
