How is inadequate nutrition determined? What is the standard for the healthy
grotwh of preterm infants? What is the criteria? Do growth charts exist?
Would it be different depending on what the infant is fed as it is different
with term babies?

The infants were switched because they were not growing adequately on the
PDBM plus fortifier. We don't allow inadequate nutrition for the sake of
any
study.
