I don't like this scenario.  If the baby had only gained poorly due to
the chicken pox, she should be doing catch up growth now, not still
growing at the minimum accepted rate.

Is mom's supply low?  Was baby not nursing as vigorously during the time
she was sick?  Did the supply drop at a vulnerable time?

Does mom have any conditions that might predispose her to low supply -
hypothryoidism?  You say she's busy.  Perhaps baby is not getting enough
breast time.  Night nursing is a good suggestion.

It's good that baby looks good,  but as an LC, I'd like to investigate a
little more and rule out any problems while the milk supply is still
plastic.
