I know this has been discussed before and I just came from an archive
search, I couldn't find anything definitive about the effects of Thyme on
breastmilk production. I found 2 posts that the posters thought the it
decreased milk, but thats all I could find. Is there any up to date info
out there this?

I usually recommend plain Fenugreek or Fenugreek with marshmallow, a local
store has been selling Fenugreek with thyme and I haven't noticed as good of
results with theme moms. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Cindy
