I'm looking for references/sources of info that explain in detail why babies who are formula fed are more vulnerable to developing diarrhoea....I can find quite a bit that talks about the protective factors in breastmilk but I'm looking for the other half, the damage that infant formula can do. Surprising difficult to find!
