I doubt liposuction will have any effect on her milk - the anesthesia is the
only real concern. When you lose weight & 'burn' fat your body is taking
the fat from your bodies cells for energy. It is being mobilized into your
blood stream to meet your bodies energy needs and the toxins are then also
released into your blood stream. The fat cells shrink and wait for another
high calorie time to re-fill.

In liposuction the fat cells are sucked out by mechanical means. The body
is not using any of that for energy needs and isn't really mobilized into
the blood stream. Some might be, as some may 'break apart' during the
procedure, but not a huge amount as they use a type of vacuum to take the
cells out. So in essence you no longer have those fat cells or their toxins
and if you go into another high calorie time other fat cells in the body
will then have to fill & enlarge for a fat deposit.

Hope that helps.
