I was really looking forward to reading the report on marketing, for which Marit Olanders provided the URL link. However, the website had the message the the report had been removed. It was a generic type of message that listed reasons such as updating.
My questions - Has anyone managed to access this? What were the key points? Is there an alternative link?
As I expect to go "nomail" in the next 24 hours, because of a busy time, please email me privately.
Virginia.

Has anyone read this report?
