I'll add one more to Kathy Eng's moms, another BFAR who can pump 3 - 4 oz
but baby can only move about 2. He also had a tongue-tie that didn't get
clipped for 3 weeks. Thank you for posting this, Kathy. This is really
interesting. Maybe in this case, the flanges help compress much farther back
than baby could. This is the only BFAR mom I've met, btw, who was able to
pump this much.
