Hi All,

I need some quick references or a good book to refer a mom to regarding
dieting and BF. She has a 12.5 mo old who is nursing twice a day now. Mom
wants her body back - to lose those last 15 pounds and heard somewhere that
the by-products of the fat breakdown are released into the breastmilk. She
doesn't want to harm her baby with those 'by-products'.

Now, I know she won't harm the baby - but I'd like to give her some sound
advice and this is not my area of expertise.so - who has some great advice I
can give this mom?

Thank you very much!

Warmly,

Jaye
