Just had a look for inspiration in Carmen Fernando's Tongue Tie - from
confusion to clarity and can't find one. But what about ......'like
trying to run to the shops with both legs down one trouser leg' if you're
talking about the effort involved

Probems down teh line for tongue tied people include according to her:
difficulteies with swalowing hard foods without a drink, inability to clear
food debris from mouth after eatin, speech impairments, low self esteem,
behavioural problems slow, messy eating, leading to dental caries,
uncontrolled dribbling, causing both rashes round the mouth and social
problems. Interestingly those babies who do manage to b/f well she says
sometimes find difficulty in transitioning to foods neding chewing, and
are exclusively b/f for longer.

there's more of interest on the website
