Are you serious in your misinformed article on breastfeeding and it
interfering with a marriage? If you counsel, then dont you think you are
only seeing the one side to it? How many breastfeeding couples in the
world are very happy, and therefore seek no services such as yours? Many
families benefit from breastfeeding and co-sleeping has not seemed to
interfere with sexual relations for thousands of years, or none of us
would be here. Children are a transition for the family to work through,
breastfeeding is not a negative contribution. Plus any man who feels his
breasts have been taken away need to re-evaluate their marriage anyhow.
Last time I knew, a womans body was her own for giving, not the mans once
the wedding certificate was signed. Plus, a man should feel proud that his
partner is giving their child the best item that she can offer;
breastmilk...jealousy has no place in raising a family, that should be the
issue you are considering, that and selfishness on behalf of the male, not
the mother.
