HI Lisa,

1. She could try prone position or 'laid-back' bf.

2. She might express her milk, just in case, to stimulate her milk

supply and provide ebm by spoon if baby not swallowing often.

3. She might try to sort of squish her nipple into a nipple shield to

see if baby can latch onto the areola that way.

4. I've had some moms with long or very large nipples where mom had to

express until baby got bigger.

5. Have had some moms with long/large nipples where baby *could* latch

over them, even though we didn't think he could.

6. Close followup just in case.
