Periodically, you will all be asked to confirm your subscription to Lactnet.
To do so,

simply

send an email message to

[log in to unmask]

saying

Confirm Lactnet

That's all there is to it. Please *remember*....commands such as Confirm,
Set Lactnet nomail, etc...these ALL go to the [log in to unmask]
address, NOT to the list address at [log in to unmask]
