I wrote a few weeks ago, quoting an article by Martinez and Maisels (Peds
91(2), Feb 93, 470-473.)  The article stressed that it is not the
pediatrician's place "to order", it is to decide on options for treatment
WITH the parents. Until  the current pattern changes (doctors order,
parents obey) this sort of situation will be hard to deal with and BF will
