When faced with the problem of taking oral antidiabetic agents for my type 2
diabetes, diagnosed when my nursling was 2 1/2, after discussion with my
doctor, pharmacist and an endocrinologist, I decided that taking a small amount of
insulin would be better.  No chance of lowering the baby's blood sugar.  It
worked well for me.
