Hello colleagues and friends! I did search the archives for information but found little. Could you please share your clinical experience regarding pumps that are frequently made available for women through their insurance companies. Here in Cincinnati, I feel that we have the most experience with Medela equipment. Most, if not all hospitals, use the Symphony in house. 

If an expectant woman was able to get either an Ameda Purely Yours, a Freemie Freedom Standard or a Hygeia Q breastpump, how would you advise her?

The circumstances under which this would be used would NOT be for a premature or ill baby; and not for a baby who could not establish breastfeeding while nursing at the breast. 

Thanks for any help you can give me. I'd love to hear of your clinical experience with other pumps that other insurance companies are providing under the ACA.
